So it's been a while since my last blog...

Quite a few things have happened since... classes resumed, Autumn crept out sooner than expected and the State Fair is to blame for my  more than happy tummy :) Yes, the Minnesota State Fair last from August 23rd all the way to September 3rd. That was almost 2 weeks of concerts, fireworks, and lots of everything Midwestern, including deep-fried yummy goodies on a stick.

I can't lie, I had my fair share of calories over 4 days. Ranging from an abundance of French fries, Belgian Waffles, Jalapeno Cheese, Pork Chops, Smoothies, Milk-shakes, Beer and everything else that is too much to mention! I've got to say, I was one pleased puss for those 4 days that I trekked up and down the grounds of the fair.

When my hands were free (from all the food and drinks), I took some photos of all the merriment and of course... the FOOD!

Here's a few snapshots....
